These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Delaware County, Ohio.
Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation, then binding arbitration under AAA rules in Columbus, Ohio if unresolved after 30 days.

Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control including acts of God, war, or natural disasters.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LYL VENTURES LLC regarding use of our website and services.
